*Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once we have begun preparing the product for shipment. In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.
Please be sure to check the product when it arrives at the delivery address you specified. Please contact us within one week of receipt of defective or missing items.

*About large orders*.
For large orders of single items, we will draw on the manufacturer's inventory instead of our own.
Please understand that it will take a few days for delivery.
