| This light and stretchy bag is made of Miura Shibori fabric from Arimatsu, a town with a long history of shibori (tie-dyeing) since the Edo period*. It features deep colors inspired by the colors of Japanese flowers. The stretchable fabric, which takes advantage of the characteristics of shibori, allows the bag to expand and contract in size according to its contents. This bag is convenient to carry and can also be used as an eco-friendly bag. The cloth is lifted up with the fingers from under the fabric, wrapped with thread, and then pierced with the pointed end of a crochet hook and pulled, and then squeezed.
