| The Sori Yanagi Wall Mirror was designed by Sori Yanagi in 1977 using Akita Wood Works' bending wood technology. This Sori Yanagi Wall Mirror was designed by Sori Yanagi in 1977 using Akita Wood Works' bending wood technology. The mirrors made at Akita Wood Works use a bending technique that is said to be currently only possible here. This is made by steaming a single long piece of high-quality beech wood, and then fitting it along an iron mold. The number of craftsmen who carry on this technique is decreasing, and the mirror is precious among Yanagi products. The wood comes in two colors: a wooden base and an ancient color. As the years go by, the color changes to a subdued hue. The frame design blends well with the mirror, creating a gentle atmosphere, and the simple design with beautiful curves allows it to be placed anywhere. How about coordinating it with the butterfly stool?
