雪のような純白の結晶がキラキラと光を反射して、花のようにとても美しいアラゴナイト・フロスフェリです。
ブラックライトを当てるとグリーンや青蛍光します。
鍾乳洞の中で結晶したアラゴナイトは、珊瑚のような形になる場合があり、細かい結晶の集まりがまるで花のように美しいことから【flos ferri(フロスフェリ/鉄の華)】と呼ばれています。
