Description
Iga Ware [Hase-en] Microwave-safe Ceramic Ohitsu Iga's coarse clay, which has many pores, is filled with water and heated to produce hot steam. The microwave oven revives the rice to a fluffy, freshly cooked state. Put the leftover rice in the pot and put it in the refrigerator. Cover the lid of Tohchin with water and heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes. For frozen rice, moisten the lid and the body of the Tochin with water, place the unwrapped rice in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes. You can also steam food in the microwave using the included ceramic slotted spoon. Using the heat of vaporization, it also works great as a cooler. |
