Meboso needles have been loved by seamstresses in Kanazawa for many years. The history of Meboso Hari has been over 440 years. The most distinctive feature of Meboso needles is that they are ground vertically to reduce the contact area with the fabric. By adding a little more work to these delicate needles, the result is needles that allow each piece of fabric to run smoothly.
Needles were precious tools for seamstresses, and they were carefully handled so as not to lose them by wrapping them in their own sewing bags or putting them in containers and hanging them from their necks. Based on this anecdote, the packaging was also carefully selected.
The needle case is made by Aichi Paper Tube Mfg. A small tassel made of Kanagawa's silk*gold thread is attached to it. The simple and gentle texture of the paper tube and the dignified atmosphere of the silk and gold thread complement each other.
There are two types: one for thin to normal fabrics, recommended for light cotton and silk* crape, and the other for thicker fabrics, such as canvas and denim. Please choose the one that best suits your application.
