Description
| This is a water-absorbing mat for tableware that can be used to dry small dishes or pans that do not fit in the dishwasher. It absorbs water from dishes after washing, and the urethane inside acts as a cushion to soften the impact on the dishes. We have added an ingenious twist by sewing a part of the water-absorbing mat standing up. By standing glasses or deep plates on the raised part, you can prevent moisture from being trapped inside the face-down tableware and dry them more quickly. Plum seeds, which would normally become industrial waste, are carbonized into a powder that has a deodorizing effect. These seeds are extracted and processed into fibers by Japanese paper, and [ume charcoal filament] is used on the surface of the water-absorbing mat. By drying the mat in the sun after washing, it can be used repeatedly because it keeps its "smooth and silky* odor-absorbing" property. Urethane, which acts as a cushion, is inserted between the surface made of ume charcoal filament and mesh fabric. It gently protects your valuable tableware, so you can use it with peace of mind. It can also be hung up with a hook-and-loop cord when not in use. The waffle fabric is characterized by its bumpy surface. 洗い上がりの食器の水分をしっかり吸収、中に挟まれたウレタンがクッションとなり、食器への衝撃をやわらげます。吸水マットの一部を立ち上げて縫製する工夫をプラスしました。立ち上がった部分にグラスや深皿を立てかけておけば、伏せた食器の内側に水分が篭るのを防ぎ、より素早く乾燥させることができます。
本来産業廃棄物になってしまう梅の種は、炭化させパウダー状にすることで、消臭効果を発揮します。これを和紙に抄きこみ加工して繊維状にし「梅炭抄繊糸」を吸水マットの表面に使用しました。 洗濯後も天日干しすることで、『サラサラ・におわない』は持続するので、繰り返しご使用いただけます。
梅炭抄繊糸でつくられた表面とメッシュ生地の間には、クッションの役割をもつウレタンをはみました。 大切な食器をやさしく保護してくれるので、安心してご使用頂けます。 また、ご使用になっていない間はひっかけ紐でつるしておくことができます。デコボコした表面が特徴のワッフル生地を使用しました。食器との接地面積が少ないので空気がよく通り、乾きやすいのが特徴です。
