禁止事項ばかりが並べられた本が多いように思います。
それはとても残念なことです。
どうしてかというと、そもそも著作権法って、
誰かをこらしめるための法律ではないからです。
著作権法の本来の目的は、
1「作品を作った人の権利を守り」、その結果、
2「文化をより発展させる」ことにあります。
この2つの原則さえ守れば、
遠慮なく人の作品を使ってもいいし、
