Enamel, made by baking a glass glaze onto a steel plate at high temperature, has excellent heat resistance and durability and can be used for a long time. The surface has a glassy, glossy texture. It is clean* and hygienic as it does not transfer odors and is resistant to the growth of bacteria. Acid resistance makes it resistant to acid*alkali and corrosion. The original flavor of food can be enjoyed. Caution: This product is for oven*toaster ovens only. It cannot be used in microwave ovens or direct flame* induction cooktops. The lid cannot be used in ovens and toaster ovens. This is not a completely airtight container. Do not use in freezers. Do not use in a dishwasher or dryer. |
