| Bovine steer leather custom tote bag to create your own unique combination [This project started with a request from a customer who wanted to customize a bag by himself in an easy way. To easily change the atmosphere of the bag, we decided to change the color of the body and the handles. The finished product is available with handles in a choice of seven different colors, which can be purchased separately. By attaching them to the bag and combining them, you can change the atmosphere of the bag according to your mood of the day and the occasion. The body material is also reversible, so you can enjoy different colors. This bag is designed to make you want to take it with you when you go out. The bag is made of colorful cowhide and the shape is simple. The leather is made in Japan and is called "beef steer". The thickness of the leather (1.1 to 1.3mm) makes it strong, and the texture of the soft stamping on the surface can be enjoyed because the texture is relatively uniform. The tanning process is chrome-tanning, which is a highly elastic and scratch-resistant method, so you can use it with confidence even if you travel a lot. The color range is also abundant, so that you can choose the best color according to your personal color and coordination. In addition, each of these products are handmade one by one by craftsmen who have their atelier near Utsubo Park in Osaka. The products are finished with a unique craftsmanship that cannot be expressed by industrial production, and the high quality finish is the result of high technical skills and resourceful thinking. The design is minimalist, with a focus on ease of use and as little waste as possible. The bag is equipped with a short handle and a long shoulder strap to accommodate a variety of occasions. The metal parts are also made of nickel to give a sense of unity to the design, and the zipper tape is also combined to match the material of the main body.
