She won the Incentive Award in the Picture Book Division of the 6th Picture Book Publishing Award with Akubi Momo for this work, which marked her debut. Picture: Akubi Momo Born in November 1992. Raised in Okayama Prefecture and currently resides in Nara Prefecture. She has loved drawing and crafts since she was a child and has been struggling to make drawing her career since she was 28 years old. Plans to start a new embroidery business. Ponta is modeled after her family's dog. |
