| HUSKEE was founded by Mr. Saxon Wright, owner of the roaster cafe [Pablo & Rusty's] based in Sydney, Australia. Australia has long had an advanced café culture, with more than 100,000 cups of coffee consumed every hour in Australia. When translated to the rest of the world, 600 billion disposable cups are produced every year. Ninety-nine percent of these disposable cups are disposed of without being recycled, and in Australia, approximately 60,000 kg of cup waste ends up in landfills.
