| *This set of frying pan* pots and pans uses a top coating of fluoroplastic with excellent non-stick properties that prevents sticking and is the No. 1 slipperiness in Iris Oyama's history (*as of January 2023). Special coating with ultra-small ceramic particles and diamond particles provides resistance to scratches and friction. 3-layer coating for increased durability. Stains are resistant and easy to remove, making it easy to wash. The frying pan is deep to suit Japanese food culture, so it can be used for a wide range of dishes such as stir-frying, simmered dishes, and soups. The handle can be easily attached and detached by simply gripping it, and can be removed by simply pushing the lock release lever. When not in use, they can be stacked for space-saving storage. A PE sealed lid is included for convenient storage.
