Description
*Indian classic curry small dish A small stainless steel plate used for eating curry in India. Curry and yogurt are served in the small dish, but it is also convenient for holding condiments and seasonings. We have a variety of sizes to choose from to suit your needs. This is a slightly smaller size katori. It might be fun to serve rasam or other soups that you don't eat a lot of. We have named them with the name of the dish as an image, but of course you can use them in any way you like. *Hygienic In India, where it is very hot, people tend to be filthy. This is why Indians prefer to use stainless steel plates, which are hard to scratch, and bacteria cannot get into the scratched areas. It is definitely cleaner than ceramic plates. *Reasons why Indian people choose stainless steel tableware In India, many behaviors in life are determined by religious ideas. One of the major factors that determine Indian people's behavior is the concept of purity and impurity. This [cleanliness and uncleanness] does not mean whether one is actually dirty or clean, but whether one is religiously [clean or unclean]. Therefore, dirty dishes are religiously considered unclean, and in South India, banana leaves are used, while in North India, stainless steel dishes, which are religiously considered clean, are used. |
