This wide type slicer is ideal for slicing wide cabbage into thin strips, making it possible to slice cabbage into fluffy strips just like at a tonkatsu restaurant. The blade is made of high carbon material and has a two-stage blade attachment for improved sharpness. The tip is equipped with a non-slip surface to prevent slipping when cooking with the tip placed directly on the surface. A notch is provided for stability when cooking on a bowl.
