| This is a small triangular bean dish from the Awake Makeup series by Aritayaki potter Kichiemon Seisakusho. Although small in size, it has a strong presence and adds a chic accent to your dining table. It can also be used as a condiment dish, cutlery rest, or fork rest. *About the bubble veneer series [The expressive bubble pattern is created by hand-applying a glaze called "bubble makeup" one by one by craftsmen. The glaze is made by breaking up broken unglazed vessels, which would normally be discarded, and mixing them with the glaze. This is an innovative and sustainable technique that also reduces waste. |
