はじめにのまえ
タイル職人として活動する傍ら5年程前からモザイクタイルや廃材タイルを用いて数々のアート作品を生みだす。
約500mm四方の枠の中の世界にはどれも彼の経験や体験が表現されている。そのどれもが繊細で大胆であり、何よりとても丁寧な作品ばかりである。
作品によっては着手から1か月近くかかるものもある。
全国規模で特殊施工を手掛ける職人集団TEAM w8wのメンバーで、チームでは数少ないタイル職人でもある。作品に触れ単純に「かわいい！」と言ってもらえたらそれが最高だ。と語る。
