Description
| The brewery is Taragawa Corporation, located on Miyako Island, Okinawa Prefecture. It has a history of more than 70 years of making Awamori in a rich natural environment consisting of coral reefs. The company continues to weave its passion for old sake by taking advantage of the mellow bounty of Miyako Island. MAKUGAN rum from Miyako Island is used. The name comes from the dialect name for coconut crab. It is a familiar creature on Miyako Island, and also conveys a message of respect for nature. This product is made with Miyako Island water * yeast * sugarcane * sake craftsmen, and is made with a commitment to being from Miyako Island. The hard, mineral-rich water unique to Miyakojima, which was formed by the uplift of coral reefs, produces a core of pure sake. Miyako Island's original yeast [MY17 strain yeast] contains a large amount of sweetness, giving it a mellow and pleasant aroma and taste. Sugarcane molasses is always fresh at a direct distance from the brewery. These ingredients are utilized to create a flavor that is not overly clean. The elegant aroma unique to rum is released suddenly. The nutty aroma of Brazilian coffee is noticeable. The caramel-like sweetness that is unique to MAKUGAN, which focuses on ingredients from Miyako Island, is mixed in, giving it a complex and deep flavor. In the aftertaste, the unique flavor of "MAKUGAN," which was created with "not too clean" in mind, can be felt clearly. *Bottle is not included in the product. A drip bag is a filter filled with coffee powder for one cup of coffee. You can easily make drip coffee by hooking the hooks on both sides of the filter onto the cup and pouring 200cc of hot water.
