It is a folding umbrella with a tote bag bag that will heal you with a [tiger cat] playing with catnip. The water absorbent toweling inside the tote bag has been renewed to ivory soft fabric. You can carry a wet umbrella without folding it. It can usually be folded in half and stored. One side of the bag's handle can be removed with a hook and button system, so it can be hung on a bag or backpack.
