インド屋台料理（とその動画）のファンなら見た瞬間に「あ、アレだ！」と気づく例のインド包丁が入荷しました。持ちては若干ささくれているし、刃の部分もサビが少しあるし、屋台仕様ならではのワイルドきわまりない仕上がり（？）がたまりません。刃は一応ついているようですがガタガタなので研ぎ直しが必須です。しかし研ぐことで現場での使用に耐えるあの切れ味がその度に復活するのでしょう。
■キャンプなどにも使えるかも
先端は尖っていないのでうっかり人を刺してしまう心配がなさそうです。引っ掛け用の穴が開けられており、細身なので収納の場所も取らずあちこちにかけられて便利ですね。磁石でも留めることができます。その都度研いで切れ味を復活させるという意味ではアウトドアやキャンプにも便利そうです。
