Description

2.食品と液体をフタのすぐ下のラインまで注ぎます。
3.フタをしっかりと締めます。
4.鍋にビンを並べ、水がフタの上にくるように注ぎます。
5.鍋に火をつけ、30分以上(材料によって異なります)煮沸します。
6.火を止め、そのまま冷やします。
7.そのまま、長期保存が可能です。(保存期間は、食品によって異なります。)
8.開ける際は、パッキンの出ている部分を横に引っ張ると空気が入り、真空がとけます。
