【使用方法】
(1)前後を確認する。
※タグがついている方が後(お尻側)
(2)足首まで引き上げ、足首の位置を正確に合わせる。
(3)両手の親指を内側に入れて、少しずつ均等に引き上げる。
※片足ずつ引き上げてください。
※サポート力が強いため、注意しながらゆっくり引き上げてください。
(4)股下にすき間がないように引き上げてから均等にウエストまで引き上げる。
(5)太ももからヒップを持ち上げてヒップ部におさめる。
※股下にすき間ができてしまった場合は、足首まで下げてから、再度引き上げてください。
★やぶれ、伝線を防ぐために
(1)ご使用前に、手足のつめやかかとをなめらかにし、指輪などをはずしてください。
(2)つめを立てたり、一気に引き上げないでください。
