| You can shake the amount you scoop. The spoon portion weighs approximately 1 teaspoon (approx. 6 g). Since only the scooped amount is measured, the amount of salt to be used can be determined, leading to a reduction of salt. You can evenly sprinkle a small amount of salt or hard-to-sprinkle coarse salt. It is useful for seasoning and removing odors when salting fish or preparing meat dishes. It is hygienic because you do not touch the salt directly. Small enough to fit inside a seasoning case. The top cover can be removed for washing. Slide open with one hand for smooth cooking.
