| *40% weight reduction compared to conventional models. *To prevent deformation of the bottom, especially due to excessive overheating (which can cause the bottom to expand and the pot to turn, which is dangerous), the Niigata Prefectural Institute of Industrial Technology and TEPCO jointly developed a special bottom-pressing process that pushes up the center of the bottom. This special version was developed jointly by the Niigata Prefectural Institute of Industrial Technology and TEPCO (patent pending) to prevent the bottom from deforming due to excessive overheating (which can cause the bottom to expand and turn). *Satin finish. *Special circular (ring) bottom pressing structure distributes the load over the entire bottom and prevents distortion. *Using corrosion-resistant NSSC180/19-0 stainless steel, the thickness is kept to a few millimeters, yet it is durable enough to withstand heat deformation, corrosion resistance, and an ultra-lightweight structure. *All-press manufacturing reduces the production cost and makes the price reasonable. *Compatible with all heat sources, including electric * gas flame * induction cookers |
