| Cake fork from the Nagao enameled cutlery series, with a clean and gentle look made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, adding warmth. Enameled products are very superior in durability * heat resistance * heat retention. In addition, because the surface is vitreous, it is difficult for odors to stick to it and it can be kept clean. On the other hand, enameled products are very weak against impact, so please do not wash them in a dishwasher and handle them carefully.
