The thick and strong fabric requires a high level of sewing skill to sew, and after many meetings with the factory staff, we finally arrived at the finished product. The unique shade of the fabric is created by a double-dyeing process called the "grist tone process," in which dyeing is done once followed by a grist tone process (pigment dyeing using natural grains), and then the fabric is washed to produce a fade-out effect (an atmosphere in which the colors faintly fade). The color is then washed afterwards to create a fade-out effect. This process creates a unique military fabric atmosphere.
