Bulgarian army pullover jacket, probably produced in the 70s-80s.
It is a pullover with * emblem on the buttons and a little thicker than a shirt.
There are hooks on both waistbands with the * emblem on them, and I imagine that people used to hang ropes from these hooks back then.
