This glass series[es] enhances the high quality of aroma.

[Shinichi Sumikawa]
Born in Shinjuku, Tokyo, graduated from Chiba University in 1984 with a degree in engineering. After a four-and-a-half-year stint at the Design Center of Sony Headquarters and the Design Center of America, he became independent in 1991.
After establishing Shinichi Sumikawa Design Office in 1991, he has been working as an independent designer since then.
He has been backpacking and working in 57 countries around the world, and has been practicing free-spirited design.
He specializes in ergonomic curved surface design using his geometric skills as an engineering designer, 3D CAD, and a printer.
The CAD he uses is Lino. He is currently using his fourth printer, AFINIA, 2016.
Recently designed the official table tennis table for the Rio Olympics
