The company is expanding its activities with the aim of solving local problems and becoming a world-class apple cider maker.
[Sake used]
Premium apple brandy [CRAZY DAYS], which went on sale in January 2024, is used. The ingredients are only water from the World Natural Heritage Site* Shirakami Sanchi, high-quality Aomori apples and yeast, and no sulfites or other chemical antioxidants are used, making this product like a gift from Mother Nature.
