This one-piece dress features a traditional block print from the village of Bagloo in India. The block print is carefully finished by hand, using natural dyes such as iron for black and Akane for red. Patterns of different sizes are placed on the collar, placket, and sleeve cuffs for a crisp contrast. The warmth and rustic beauty of the handwork is enhanced by the different shades and slight pattern deviations that are created by the traditional dyeing technique using woodblocks.
