[Justiznutzung (Use of Justice) is a concept proposed by the German early modern historian M. Dinges, and is a working concept that focuses on the behavior of residents in choosing and using various means of public dispute resolution, not limited to the courts. Based on this concept, which allows for an analysis that does not use the [modern sense of rights] as a central criterion, we will compare the actual situation and background of various public dispute resolutions in traditional societies in the East and the West.
