This product is handmade by M'diterroir's skilled artisans using their own high-quality olive trees.

In Tunisia, there are strict rules regarding the cutting down of olive trees, and basically only trees that no longer bear olive fruit can be cut down and used.
Furthermore, for every olive tree that is cut down, a new seedling must be planted.
