The standard shape of suolo was conceived for the purpose of serving food beautifully.
The 26cm plate is the main plate for a wide range of dishes from appetizers to pasta and as a serving plate.
It can be used not only as a professional plate, but also as a café plate with multiple dishes by taking advantage of its flat serving surface when used at home.
[Silver Wolf] is a black color with a rough texture.
The surface is glossy, and pearlescent light grains appear on the top surface of the plate when the plate is illuminated by light.
The black color goes well with any foodstuff, and the metal mark is less noticeable, making it an easy-to-use piece for professional vessels.
The RCL-2 used for suolo is a recycled material made by grinding discarded tableware into powder and reusing it as part of the raw materials.
