Text: Motoko Takamaru is a former elementary school teacher.
[She is the co-author of "Easy Poem Creation Guidance" (Shogakukan), "Elementary School Fun Drama Book" (Kokudosha), and many other poetry collections, including "Today is the Beginning" (Dainippon Sho) and "Ashita" (Rironsha).
His voice play picture book [Coo and Mac's Story] (Raku Shuppan) and others.
His works are included in textbooks of elementary and junior high schools.
Winner of the Excellence Prize at the Japan Creative Song Contest for Children and the Grand Prize at the 8th Picture Book Publishing Award.
Belongs to the Japan Children's Literature Association.
Lives in Hirakata City, Osaka.

She grew up in an environment where small animals were around her from a young age, and has enjoyed drawing pictures of animals since she can remember.
She studied animal husbandry with dreams of working on a farm or in a zoo, but after graduation, she became interested in drawing interesting pictures of animal ecology and behavior.
His works include picture books [Sekai no Hajimari] (Fukuinsha) and illustrations [Perseus Meteor Shower] (RakuDa Shuppan).
Lives in Fukuoka.
