This is a collection of black-and-white photographs of dogs with only their faces cut out.
The collection includes a wide variety of dogs, including beagles, Siberians, Huskies, and Kai dogs.
The close-ups of only the faces vividly show the differences in facial features and personalities of each dog.
However, the intelligence and emotions of the dogs can be felt more strongly in this film than their cuteness.
The dogs, who sometimes look at us with a startlingly human gaze, give us the sense that they are more than just pet animals; they are living creatures living on the same planet as us, facing each other as equals.
What should the relationship between dogs and humans be like?
This is a book that poses such a question.
