About the Author
Iwao Kidokoro
Visiting Professor at the Center for Global Communications (GLOCOM), International University of Japan.
He is a U.S. attorney (New York and Washington, D.C.).
He holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo and an M.A. in Business Administration*Law from New York University.
After serving as Senior Vice President of NTT America and Professor of Seikei University School of Law, he was appointed to his current position in 2009.
Until 2016, he also served as a part-time lecturer at Seikei University Law School.
In the summer of 2015, he was a visiting scholar at Santa Clara University School of Law.
He is an international IT lawyer with expertise in copyright law.
