Dinsha is used in Nepalese religious music. Even though it has a different name in a different country, the cultural sphere is the same, so there is not much difference between it and the instrument known as manjila in India.
However, whereas the Indian manziela is basically simple, the dzinsha is a more attractive item, with carvings of good omen patterns that seem to have been influenced by China, the Tibetan Buddhist mantra onmanipemehum that seems to have been influenced by Tibet, dragons, and so on.
