In promoting work-life balance (WLB) in the workplace, one of the issues is to alleviate dissatisfaction and unfairness among employees around users of WLB support systems. This report focuses on the psychology of supervisors and coworkers of users of WLB support systems, which has received little attention in the past. By conducting empirical analyses using statistical methods, this report explores factors in the work environment that promote WLB and proposes practical solutions to increase the level of tolerance of supervisors and the level of acceptance of coworkers.
