Description
| This dashi broth packet is made from a golden blend of dried bonito flakes, sardines, mackerel, kelp, and other ingredients. Carefully selected dried bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture, the largest producer of dried bonito flakes in Japan, are used. Since the product is made from only domestic ingredients, it is useful as a complement to a variety of dishes. [Basic Dashi](Amount of water: 300ml to 350ml of water for 1 sachet of this product) 1Put this product in a pot of water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 7~10 minutes. 2Take out the packet and season to taste with your favorite seasonings.
