| Stylish tenugui hand towel made by the Japanese traditional technique [shizome (tie-dyeing)]. These tenugui hand towels are painstakingly dyed one by one by hand using the Sogizome technique, which has been handed down since the Meiji era (1868-1912). You can enjoy the subtle texture of hand-dyeing, such as the unique coloring and blurring that only Sogi-dyeing can produce. Cherry blossoms are said to be the dwelling place of the god of grain, and have long been regarded as important for agriculture.
