This is a kan-in (penetration) product. It is one of the decorative techniques of pottery that creates cracks in the glass layer of the glaze by utilizing the difference in shrinkage rate during cooling, and is one of the charms of this product. Unlike cracks, these are not "B" pieces or defective items*, nor are they outlet items. Also, there may be individual differences in the way the cracks appear, the shade of the glaze, iron powder, pinholes, unevenness, and slight distortion. These are characteristics of each piece of pottery, and cannot be guaranteed to be the same. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.

We inspect the ordered items at the time of picking and packing before shipping them to our customers. Due to differences in materials and manufacturing processes, pottery may have iron powders, pinholes, uneven glaze, distortion, and slight rattling. In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been inspected by the manufacturer and our company for the above-mentioned individual differences.
