It comes with a stainless steel tea strainer that is deep enough to reach just below the bottom of the body, so you can enjoy a small amount of delicious tea. The lid knob is positioned so that it is easy to pour even with one hand. We have also devised a way to hang the lid on the base of the cup so that it can be placed anywhere. To give the stripes a crafty look, we used the "water repellent" technique to make them uneven. The white matte glaze gives it a soft atmosphere. Each piece is finished by hand, so the color may differ from the image. From designs using traditional techniques to those incorporating seasonal tastes, each piece is carefully crafted in our studio in Hasami, surrounded by nature. おしゃれな器で有名な波佐見焼の急須です。本体底面すれすれまで深さがあるステンレス製の茶こし付きなので少量でも美味しいお茶を楽しめます。又、片手でも注ぎやすいように蓋のつまみの位置を工夫しました。蓋の置き場に困らないように渕に掛けることが出来るように工夫してみました。
ストライプにクラフト感を出すために凹凸ができるように「撥水」の技法を使用ししてみました。白マットの釉薬が柔らかい雰囲気に包んでくれます。ひとつひと手作業で仕上げていますので画像と色合い等、異なる場合がります。
伝統的な手法を用いたデザインから旬のテイストを盛り込んだものまで、自然に囲まれた波佐見の工房でひとつひとつ丁寧に製作しています。毎日使う器が お気に入りのものであれば一日が より楽しくなります。なにげない一時をとっておきの器で。暮らしに寄り添う器をお届けします。
