| This is what happens when designer Sori Yanagi designs Nambu ironware. The pot itself is heavy, so it is easy to hold with both hands. The bottom plate is thickened to ensure even heat distribution, and the pot is designed so that it heats as if it were enveloped from all sides, keeping the deliciousness of the food inside.
