Delicate lotus flowers and tendrils. The supple curves of the pattern are beautiful. Housoge: The openwork pattern of a lidded copper cast vessel housed in the Shosoin Repository. The gorgeous vines and flowers covering the entire surface are eye-catching. Sarasa: This chintz pattern came to Japan in ancient times via India and China.
