| Hakusan Pottery Stacked Stripes HAKUSAN KASANEJIMA A modern design with lines of different widths intersecting each other. The long and square plates (three sizes) are stylish and very practical with their exquisitely warped edges. A little soup can be spilled easily. 幅の異なる線が交わった、モダンなデザインの重ね縞シリーズ。
長焼皿と反角皿(3サイズ)はフチの絶妙な反り具合がお洒落かつとても実用的なお皿。
多少の汁物ならこぼれにくくなっています。
実はこのシリーズ、1984年からあるデザイン。良いものはやはり長く愛されるんですね。
アクセントにもなるけれど主張しすぎないのでお手持ちの食器とあわせてもすんなりなじんでくれそうです。

＜長焼皿＞
細長いのでやはり魚を乗せるにはもってこいの長焼皿。
さんまなどの細長い魚も長焼皿があればピシッとのってくれます。
（さんまの大きさにもよりますが頭は切らないとはみ出しそうです。）
焼魚は丸皿よりも長角のお皿にのせた方が、何倍も美味しそうに見えます。
しかしそれだけではもったいない！
お刺身をのせたり、おにぎりと卵焼きなどをのせてもビシッと決まります。
細長いお皿って、想像以上に万能です！
