窒化処理:航空機や自動車部品のサビ防止に用いられている窒化処理を採用。従来よりサビにくく、摩擦にも強い。

ご注意:
①使用後は熱いうちにたわしや竹のササラ等を使って
お湯で洗って下さい。その後、早めに水気を切って
乾燥させて下さい。
②汚れがひどい場合は、食器用洗剤を付けてスポンジ
等でよく洗い、よく乾燥させた後、早めに全体に
油を塗って保管して下さい。
③こげつき等を落とす際は金属製の固いものを
使用しないで下さい。熱湯に浸してこげつきを
やわらかくしてから取り除いて下さい。
④塩分や酸等を含んだ汚れを付着したまま放置したり、
湿気の多い場所での保管は錆発生の原因になります。
⑤つけ置き洗いや食器洗い乾燥機には使用しないで
下さい。取手が割れたり錆の原因になります。
⑥錆が発生したときは、錆を洗い落とし水気を
拭き取って油を塗ってから保管して下さい。
