Description
| Katsushika Hokusai is not only one of Japan's most famous ukiyoe artists, but also one of the most famous Japanese in the world. He was known for his masterpieces of prints such as "Fugaku Sanjurokkei (Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji)," a series of landscapes featuring Mt. Fuji, and "Hokusai Manga (Hokusai Manga)," a collection of models for his pupils. The famous works of Katsushika Hokusai were printed by sublimation transfer and made into a small furoshiki (wrapping cloth). The sublimation transfer printing enables vivid and detailed three-dimensional expression. A set of tapestry sticks is also available. |
