It is a long wallet with a snap-button flap design that opens and closes wide and is very convenient! It has 12 card slots and a free pocket, making it large and easy to use. [What is CORDUR Cordura?] It is a fiber with excellent durability that boasts of being about 7 times stronger than nylon. It is now a registered trademark of INVISTA after being developed by DuPont of the United States. It was developed in 1967, and since then, it has been used by the U.S. military for a wide range of applications. Since then, INVISTA has been providing tough clothing, boots, bags, and other products for the U.S. military. Cordura itself has better water resistance than ordinary nylon. but it is not completely waterproof. However, the back of the fabric is treated with a process called [PU (polyurethane) treatment], which makes the fabric waterproof. A transparent coating called [PU (polyurethane) treatment] is applied to the reverse side of the fabric. silicon coating, or soaked with PVC. water resistance and water repellency. The lineup of products made of Cordura is also unique. 『CORDUR コーデュラとは？』
ナイロンの約7倍もの強度を誇る耐久性に優れる繊維で、
アメリカのデュポン社が開発後、今では「インビスタ社」の登録商標。
開発されたのは1967年、それ以来、米軍ミリタリー向けに、
強靭なウェア、ブーツ、バッグなどを提供しています。
コーデュラ自体の耐水性は一般的なナイロンよりも優れますが、
完全防水というわけではありません。
しかし、生地の裏面に「PU（ポリウレタン）加工」と呼ばれる
透明なコーティングを施したものや、
シリコンコーティング、ポリ塩化ビニールを染み込ませて
耐水性、撥水性を高めるなど、アウトドア用途を意識した
ラインナップが多いのも、コーデュラを使った製品の特徴です。
