The upper is luxuriously made of yuzen leather, which is an application of the dyeing technique of Kyoto yuzen, a traditional Japanese craft. Each piece of leather is dyed by hand, giving it a unique unevenness, and the rich, deep colors unique to yuzen dyeing are appealing. The gorgeous coloring of the uneven leather, stretch material that alleviates the tightness characteristic of long boots, and the Bolognese manufacturing method that allows for good flexibility, combine to create both a beautiful appearance and comfort. The insoles and inner lining are made of Aeroblind, a moisture-absorbing, heat-generating material, and can be worn for a long season, from early fall, when it gets chilly, to midwinter. Lightweight, the sole boasts flexibility and is slip-resistant even on days when it is freezing or raining, and the adoption of a hydro stopper with anti-slip function is safe even in snowy and cold regions. The material is soft for the fit, so there is not much tightness! The leather is soft, so my first impression is that they are genuine leather boots but soft and comfortable. I used to play sports, so I have a lot of volume in my calves, but I was able to close the zipper safely. (Thank goodness...!) The back side is a stretchy material with a leather-like appearance, so I have the impression that the tightness and constrictive feeling characteristic of leather boots is also alleviated considerably. The soles boast flexibility, and they are certainly soft and easy to walk on. Also, they are lightweight for their length. As for the look, I don't have to tell you. If you wear brightly-colored boots with monotone clothes, the glamour of the boots will stand out and look beautiful. (Wearing BLK/BLU) I think BLK is the one that can be worn without choosing the color of the outfit. Even if they have the same pattern, they are easy to coordinate because of their subdued color. 日本の伝統工芸、京都友禅の染色技法を応用した友禅革を贅沢にアッパーに使用。
一枚一枚手作業で染められる革には独特の凹凸があり、友禅染ならではの豊かで深みのある発色が魅力です。
凹まし革の華やかな色合い、ロングブーツ特有の窮屈さを緩和するストレッチ素材、屈曲性の良いボロネーゼ製法の採用と、見た目の美しさと履き心地の良さを両立しました。
中敷きと内張りには吸湿発熱素材のエアロブラインドを使用し、肌寒くなる秋口から真冬までのロングシーズン、着用可能です。
軽量、屈曲性自慢の底には凍結や雨の日でも滑りにくい、防滑機能付きのハイドロストッパー採用で雪寒地でも安心です。
【スタッフの試着感想】
普段23.0cm→23.0cm着用
サイズ感は丁度良く、足幅、ふくらはぎ周りも特に問題気になる感じはありませんでした。
フィット感がある割に材料が柔らかいので、窮屈さはあまりないですね！
柔らかい革を使用しているので、第一印象は本革ブーツだけど柔らかい履き心地です。
私は昔スポーツをしていたので、ふくらはぎにボリュームがあるのですが、無事にファスナーも閉まりました。（よかった…！）
背面側が革っぽい見た目のストレッチ素材なので、革靴特有の締め付け感や窮屈な感じもかなり緩和されてる印象です。
屈曲性自慢の底との事ですが、確かに柔らかくて歩きやすい。あと丈がある割に軽いですね。
見た目に関しては言わずもがな。色鮮やかな物は服をモノトーンにしてやるとブーツの華やかさが際立って綺麗ですね。（BLK/BLU着用）
服装の色を選ばずに履けるのはBLKかな？同じ柄入りでも色味が抑えてあるからコーディネートしやすそうですね。
