| What is Noda Enamel? With a history of more than 80 years since its establishment, Noda Enamel is the only enamel manufacturer in Japan that integrally produces all processes of enamel making in-house. Products are manufactured in Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture, and everything including parts are made in Japan. Features of enamel Enamel, in which a glassy glaze is baked onto iron, complements each other by taking advantage of the characteristics of both. Thanks to iron, it is durable, has good thermal conductivity and excellent cooling properties, and thanks to its glassy surface, it does not cause chemical reactions with the contents and does not change the taste*flavor of food or dishes. Another feature is that it is resistant to odors and stains and easy to clean. With good care, it is a tool that can be used for many years to come. 琺瑯の特徴
鉄にガラス質の釉薬を焼き付けている琺瑯は、両者の特徴を生かし補い合っています。鉄のおかげで耐久性があり、熱伝導率が良く冷却性にも優れ、表面がガラス質のおかげで内容物と化学反応を起こすことがなく、食材や料理の味・風味を変えないという特徴を持ちます。
また、匂いや汚れがつきにくく洗浄しやすいのも特徴の一つ。
お手入れをすれば永く使い続けることができる道具です。
【ホワイトシリーズ】
使い勝手の良い、長年愛されるベーシックな保存容器。シール蓋と呼ばれるポリエチレン（EVA樹脂）製の中身が見える蓋が付いています。裏には「NODA HORO」のロゴマークがついています。
■スクウェア
Sは小鉢がわりにも使えるサイズ。M はスープ3〜4杯分。Lはスープ6杯、みそ1kg などに。
■レクタングル 深型
Sは200gのバターがちょうど収まるサイズ。Mはお豆腐一丁、カレーは3人前。Lは煮物の保存などに。
■レクタングル 浅型
保存容器のほか下ごしらえ時のバットがわりにしたり、耐熱皿としてオーブン料理でも活躍します。Sは1人前のラザニア。Lは4人前のグラタンなどに。
